course requirements
Each Physical Education class offers many different lessons. Some lessons that will be discussed are: nutrition, strength training, team sports, body image, heart rate and visualization. Each course will have a required weekly quiz from the weeks content. There will also be an Activity Log that will help you document your physical activity for the week.
Course OUtlineThis document can be printed for personal use. It will be your guide to what assignments and quizzes are due each week.
